Not all our clients have the same needs or require the same level of service dedication. Therefore, we have segmented our service offer into four levels of involvement, from the basic to the fully dedicated. Furthermore, our clients may be interested in controlling only part of their telecommunications, either mobile, fixed or both.
Level 1: Invoice validation and errors Auditing ……. ‘The risk free service!’
As we understand our clients may not trust our saving promises beforehand, we ask them to let us prove it. Telcomunity carries out an historic review of invoices against contracted conditions, and only invoices against returns made from the operator over their mistakes. Our client just needs to let us work.
Level 2: Managing Premier …… ‘A really useful management tool’
At this level, a full array of advisory is provided, both online and offline, but also on the preparation of RFP processes, contract review, benchmark recommendations, that also includes a regular Analytic Reporting. The outcome is a fully consolidated tool+service to easily control, distribute and analyse your expenditure, and allow for informed decision taking.
Level 3: Integrated Analysis …….. ‘The most complete’ Here all the cost are allocated to users, cost centres, divisions, etc. generating a monthly distribution of detailed ERP-compatible accounting and re-invoicing, as well as online distribution of expenditure ad-hoc reports by level and profile, where bad use is highlighted, among employees and management at all levels needed. This translates into own non-core resources optimisation, and common consciousness, hence considerable savings.
